Quotes, Estimates & Pricing

• Quotes and estimates are based on the information and photos you provide and reflect the expected condition of the vehicle. If the actual condition differs materially, we will discuss any change in price or scope with you before proceeding.
• Prices shown on the Site are starting points and are not a guaranteed final price.
• Payment is due as agreed at the time of service unless we have arranged otherwise in writing.

Scheduling, Cancellations & Mobile Service

Appointments are scheduled by agreement. Please give us reasonable notice if you need to reschedule or cancel. Where mobile or on-site service is offered, you are responsible for providing safe, legal, and reasonable access to the vehicle and, where applicable, water and power. We may reschedule for weather or conditions that would affect the quality or safety of the work.

Vehicle Condition & Your Responsibilities

Please remove personal belongings and valuables from the vehicle before service; we are not responsible for items left inside. You represent that you are the owner of the vehicle or are authorized to arrange service for it. Please tell us in advance about existing damage, aftermarket finishes, wraps, sensitive materials, or prior coatings so we can care for them appropriately.

Workmanship & Disclaimers

We take reasonable care and use professional methods on every job. Except where a specific written guarantee is provided, our services and the Site are provided "as is" and without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. We do not warrant that results such as the removal of every imperfection, stain, odor, or defect are possible on every vehicle, as outcomes depend on the age, materials, and pre-existing condition of the vehicle.
